学习建立DTI，到BRAIN mask这步，STATUS: ERRORS，请前辈们指导

Mask brain失败原因是数据转换出错。

首先应用mango看看哪个是需要的数据？

通过show file菜单得知SE8为需要的数据。

成功转换到3DSlicer中

mask brain成功

是用1352个文件的DTI序列，最后的图片就是你的数据做出来的。
