如何将纤维束导入到Blender中并可视化？

所需工具：

• Slicer + SlicerDMRI extension with TractographyExportPLY module.
• MeshLab
• Blender

操作步骤：

1. 将FiberBundle模型加载到Slicer中，然后使用TractographyExportPLY导出所需的模型

   Modules - > Diffusion - > Import and Export - > Export tractography to PLY (mesh)

2. 使用MeshLab将模型组合到单个文件

   a）将模型导入MeshLab

   • File - > Import Mesh
   • 按住shift键选择所有.ply文件，然后单击 Open 。

   b）展平图层

   • Filters - > Mesh Layer - > Flatten Visible Layers
   • 在合并菜单中，取消选择 Merge Duplicate Vertices ，然后单击 Apply 。
   • 这将在项目中生成另一个名为“Merged Mesh”的网格条目

   c）输出

   • 单击以选中项目列表中的“Merged Mesh”
   • 转到 File - > Export Mesh As
   • 选择 Stanford Polygon File Format (*.ply)
   • 选择输出文件名，然后单击 Save

3. 导入到Blender

   • File - > Import - > Stanford (.ply) ，然后从步骤2中选择导出的文件。
   • 要查看颜色，请更改为“ Vertex Paint mode”模式（链接到“Blender”手册）
