二、学习目标：熟悉移除岛工具的用法

RemoveIslands Remove Islands（Wiki）

Automatically removes unlabelled voxels within a region.

  • Useful for removing small areas of noise inside a surrounding thresholded area
  • Two modes are supported:
    • Connectivity mode removes unsegmented islands that are completely enclosed with segmentation
    • Morphology mode removes small regions in and out of the segmentation even if they are partly connected to the larger regions.

自动去除区域内的未标记体素。

  • 适用于去除周围阈值区域内的小型噪声区域
  • 支持两种模式：
    • 连接模式：移除完全被分割包围的未分割岛
    • 形态学模式：将移除分割内部和外部的小区域，即使有部分连接到较大的区域。

帮助：

  • 删除由当前标签颜色完全包围并小于给定最小尺寸的连接区域（岛）。

  • 选中移动岛工具
  • 选择模式：连接模式、形态学模式
  • 点击切片视图中需要处理的区域

三、思考题：

  1. 素材中阈值选中55～100，CTA所见血肿周围杂染色较多，如何不运用缩小法去除杂染色？

这题阈值选中55-100之后，点移除岛，勾选Fully Connected，选Apply Morphology mode，再点保存岛，点击一下血肿中心染色部分，就可以把周围杂染色去除。
只是不太明白：
“o连接模式：移除完全被分割包围的未分割岛。
o形态学模式：将移除分割内部和外部的小区域，即使有部分连接到较大的区域。”
这两个的区别？有大神能用浅显易懂的话解释下吗

我觉得是直接移除两个相邻贯通的岛。
